PARANOID ANDROID: Anderson & Roe Piano Duo
"Paranoid Android" by Radiohead; cover and performance by the Anderson & Roe Piano Duo. Recorded live in concert at the Fox Theater in Spokane, WA (May 3, 2009). www.andersonroe.net This was the premiere of our arrangement for two pianos. In creating our cover of "Paranoid Android," we drew inspiration from the song's epic scope, the lyrics' strikingly evocative images, and Thom Yorke's emotive singing. Our treatment of the musical material, however, is far from literal; the arrangement takes on a life of its own as it strays from the original's structure and elaborates frenetically on melodic motives. As a tribute to Radiohead's iconoclastic spirit, we have put our own Anderson & Roe stamp on the song. Original Song Lyrics Please could you stop the noise, I'm trying to get some rest From all the unborn chicken voices in my head What's that...? (I may be paranoid, but not an android) What's that...? (I may be paranoid, but not an android) When I am king, you will be first against the wall With your opinion which is of no consequence at all What's that...? (I may be paranoid, but no android) What's that...? (I may be paranoid, but no android) Ambition makes you look pretty ugly Kicking and squealing gucci little piggy You don't remember You don't remember Why don't you remember my name? Off with his head, man Off with his head, man Why don't you remember my name? I guess he does.... Rain down, rain down Come on rain down on me From a great height From a great height ...

Motorola DROID Android Market App Review #2
Hello YouTube! Guys just a quick THANK YOU to all of you who have watched and commented on my video, it was great to get some good feedback from you guys, Thanks again =) Okay so here is my second installation of Android Applications that I am reviewing, here's the list and proper spelling of each Application, these can all be download free via Android Market: Ultimate Faves Mobile Defense Mobile Buzz Trippo (translator) I know that is not much but its hard to do a decent review in only 10 minutes with multiple applications, please comment and ask any questions about these or any apps in the android market. I encourage to post or comment the ones you like also. Please stay tuned for an upcoming review dedicated to Android Games via Android Market. Thanks again guys! -DroidReview PS- Yes I know I said the word "Basically" about 50 times, eghhh still getting used to this stuff =\
Motorola DROID Android Market GAMES Review #1
Hello YouTube! Okay first off, Thank you again for all your great comments and thank you all for subscribing to my videos, this one took a bit longer to get out because of the lack of "decent" games on the market right now. I briefly went over the reason why there isn't too many "cool" games on the Android platform yet, but hey if you want mobile gaming, go get a PSP or something. These are the games that I have been using the past few weeks, Hopefully you enjoy them as much as I do: What the Doodle Totemo Lite Abduction Frozen Bubble Action Potato Most of these games are very simplistic, but very entertaining and fun. Again please bear with me as I am just an amateur reviewer and don't really have great equipment to use to make these reviews, so go easy on me =D PS- Stay tuned for the next GAME or APPLICATION review coming soon, also be on the lookout for my next video, Tips and Tricks for the Motorola Droid. Cheers -DroidReview
COMPLETE Android 2.1 Nexus One ROM for the G1!!! (Review)
They said it couldn't be done!! 2.1 Eclair on your chubby G1!!! Enjoy =D This is Open Eclair brought to you by Chris Soyars, Wes Garner and Friends. You asked for it and you GOT IT! A COMPLETE 2.1 Nexus One ROM on the G1. Features: 2.1 Lockscreen RAM Hack (canceled out if you use Launcher or Live Wallpapers =p) Nexus Lancher2 Live Wallpapers (some still don't work) Market ones do =) New 2.0 Eclair apps Things I like: All the 2.0 Eclair apps and features All the 2.1 NEXUS features! (You asked, you got 'em!) Speed (fast for Eclair) STABLE (a lot more than KingKlicks 2.1 Hero ROM) Its an "OPEN" ROM that's being tag teamed by 2 (and more) awesome devs (Chris Soyar, Wes Garner) meaning it will continue to advance =) Don't Like: Slow (compared to Super D) Buggy launcher2 and Nexus gallery, got a few kernel panics causing restart and a frozen screen. Still fairly early so there's room for improvement) Live wallpapers and Launcher are just for "show." Take up HUGE resources (if G1's weren't so limited this wouldn't be a problem) Video doesn't work. This ROM is for people that felt like they were missing out being "stuck with" 1.6 Chris Soyar and Wes Garner have done the impossible and they deserve rightful praise and DONATIONS. If you like their work show your thanks in donations. bit.ly They are doing all this for free and like I said, they've accomplished the "impossible" for US and for nothing. Show them you appreciate their time and effort and that the ANDROID COMMUNITY IS ...

Classic Game Room HD - ANDROID ASSAULT for Sega CD review
Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out the 1990's hair band guitar metal and gigantic transforming robots to review Android Assault: The Revenge of Bari Arm for the Sega CD. The Sega CD was a short lived, unique, console video game system that worked with the Sega Genesis (Megadrive Mega Drive) 16 bit wonder machine. You can see the Classic Game Room review of the Sega Genesis with S-video here on YouTube. Android Assault is a SHMUP horizontally scrolling shooter where you pilot a Robotech, Transformer, Go Bot-like mecha, mechwarrior fighter thingy against wave after wave of alien bad guys. It's like Guitar Hero with guns... or like Thunder Force III or Gradius mixed with Headbanger's Ball... for all the headbangers out there who remember!!! Late on Saturday night, no date, Sega Genesis and Whitesnake on your MTV... ahh the memories. Be sure to watch the original Classic Game Room episodes. Classic Game Room was the original classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999-2000, now on DVD. The HD series is reviewing PS3, Genesis, NES, Atari and Xbox 360. XBLA.

www.tweaktown.com COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2010 -- MSI just got done with hosting its pre-Computex press conference and launched and showcased a host of new products. As we expected during this show, MSI launched one of its first tablet computers, it's called the WindPad 110. It is a 10-inch tablet based on the Google Android operating system. The MSI PM that we spoke to was a little tight on full details, but she did tell us that the retail price should be around 499 USD and come out in a month or two after the Windows and Atom based WindPad 100 that we will cover a bit later. MWC - SK Telecom crams Android OS, processor in a SIM
BARCELONA (02/16/2010) - The SIM cards in cellular telephones might be smaller than a postage stamp and less than a millimeter thick but that hasn't stopped South Korea's SK Telecom from cramming all the major components needed to run Google's Android OS inside one of them. The carrier's Android SIM, a prototype of which is on show at this week's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, includes an ARM-based processor, companion memory and 1GB of flash memory to store the OS and other data.

Radiohead - Paranoid Android [Glastonbury 2003]
Radiohead, at Glastonbury Festival in 2003, playing "Paranoid Android". By 2003 most people had accepted the idea that it was no longer possible to crash the festival and hence it is recognised as one of the most successful years to date. The number of tickets available to the public was increased slightly over 2002, partially in response to criticism that the 2002 festival was underpopulated and lacked atmosphere. The tickets sold out within one day of going on sale, in marked contrast to the two months it took to sell a similar number in 2002. It was also the first year that tickets sold out before the full lineup was announced. This was also the year Radiohead returned to headline the Pyramid Stage. Revenue raised for good causes from ticket and commercial licence sales topped £1 million, half of which went to Oxfam, Greenpeace and Water Aid.
Android Laptop Review: Hivision PWS700CA
This is a worlds first video-review of an ARM9 Powered Android Laptop, the PWS700CA by Shenzhen based Hivision, find more info at: hvsco.com It is based on a Rockchip RK2808 600mhz ARM926 processor, 128SDRAM, 7" 800x480 screen, 720p Video playback support, WiFi, Ethernet, audio input/output and weights only 650grams. The price has not yet been announced officially because Hivision is looking for worldwide distributors of this product, who will then decide how much it will be sold for to end consumers. But you can understand that if Hivision was able to sell those types of laptops for $98 more than a year ago www.youtube.com then surely the price has not gone up since then, at least if you consider what might be the manufacturing costs when this Laptop would be mass manufactured. My guess is that if a giant consumer electronics retailer like Amazon, Walmart or Best Buy approached Hivision to order high quantities of this laptop, it could be sold even below $99 to end users.
